This package includes:

• 20 guests or less
• An initial meeting to get acquainted and discuss your needs
• Unlimited phone and email communication throughout the planning process
• Creation of a customized project timeline
• Accompaniment to 2 site visits (if applicable)
• Research, ideation, and creation of the wedding’s visual identity
• Creation of custom mood boards for each client
• Complete wedding design and layout plan
• Full project management for all aspects of the wedding with various vendors (quotes, adjustments, drafting of contracts)
• A meeting for decor testing and follow-up
• A meeting to prepare the logistics and detailed schedule for the day
• Creation of a detailed wedding day schedule
• Ceremony rehearsal the week before the wedding
• Complete logistical management and coordination on the wedding day (approximately 8 to 10 hours on-site): welcoming vendors, supervising and managing setup and unforeseen events
